Welcome to Autonomous AI (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using Autonomous AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

1. Platform Access

Autonomous AI is a cloud-based artificial intelligence automation platform. When you purchase or access the platform, you receive a license to use the system — not ownership of the software.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Autonomous AI to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Create, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content

• Impersonate others

• Attempt to hack, copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the software

• Disrupt platform stability or performance

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without notice.

3. AI Output Responsibility

Autonomous AI uses artificial intelligence. While the system can perform autonomous actions, generate content, and execute workflows, we do not guarantee accuracy, legality, compliance, or results.

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI outputs

• Ensuring compliance with laws, platforms, and policies

• Any financial, legal, or business consequences

We are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies

• Loss of income

• Third-party account suspensions

• Misuse of generated content

4. No Earnings or Performance Guarantees

Autonomous AI is a technology platform — not a business opportunity.

We make no guarantees of:

• Income

• Sales

• Traffic

• Leads

• Business success

Results vary depending on user effort, market, strategy, and execution.

5. License & Commercial Use

If your plan includes commercial rights, you may sell or monetize the content, services, or output generated by Autonomous AI.

However:

• You may NOT resell or give access to the Autonomous AI platform itself

• You may NOT white-label, clone, or repackage the software unless explicitly licensed

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed by third-party payment processors.

If a refund policy is offered at checkout, it applies only to that specific product and time period.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Abuse of the system

• Violations of these Terms

• Chargeback attempts

• Excessive use followed by refund requests

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 access, but Autonomous AI may be updated, paused, or modified without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, and branding related to Autonomous AI remain the exclusive property of the platform owner.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

• The user violates these Terms

• The system is abused

• Fraud or harmful behavior is detected

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomous AI is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Lost profits

• Business failure

• Platform misuse

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Autonomous AI means you accept any changes.
